How much does the shipping cost?Within Germany a delivery charge of 5,90 EUR will be charged for orders with order values between 15,00 EUR and 99,00 EUR. For orders with order values below 15,00 EUR a delivery charge of 7,90 EUR will be charged for orders within Germany. From an order value of 99,00 EUR, shipping within Germany is free of charge. The shipping costs incurred will be displayed again in the shopping cart before completing the order. The shipping costs for international deliveries can be found here.
Questions about returns:
Can I return delivered goods and how do I proceed?Of course, you can return the goods within the 14-day cancellation period for credit if you do not like them or complain about defects within the warranty period.

Our support staff will then explain how to proceed and send you the necessary documents if required.

30 days after receipt of goods extended, voluntary right of return
For all purchases by private end customers in the online shop www.ks-luce.it, we grant a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days that goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. This only applies to purchases by private end customers in the online shop www.ks-luce.it.
You can then withdraw from the purchase contract even after the statutory cancellation period has expired by sending the goods back to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods (period begins on the day after receipt of the goods).
The prerequisite for exercising the extended, voluntary right of return is that you have only unpacked the goods for inspection, as is possible in a retail shop, and that you return the goods complete, intact and in the undamaged original packaging.
The extended, voluntary right of return does not apply to the purchase of vouchers and does not apply to goods manufactured according to special customer specifications. The statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by compliance with the rules on the extended, voluntary right of return and remains in place independently of this.
